Great underwater photography doesn't just happen. Talent, creativity
and an artistic eye must be combined with the proper planning and
preparation to get those great shots.
Join
world-renowned underwater photographers as they share their tips,
techniques and insights into the planning of some of their best shots.
Amateurs and pros alike will enjoy this unique opportunity to improve
their craft while sharing an evening with Amos Nachoum, the famous big animal
photographer, Jason
Heller of DivePhotoGuide.com, and local
expert, Larry Cohen. Oceanblue Divers,
New York City's largest and fastest growing dive club, has partnered
with the newly formed New
York Underwater Photo Society, with the support of the NYC Sea Gypsies, to
bring you this not-to-be-missed evening.
Kick
off a weekend dedicated to diving with this pre-Beneath the Sea
festivity.
For
$12 in advance ($15 at the door), you will enjoy seminars presented by
three speakers and the chance to mingle with others that share your
passion for diving and underwater photography. Hearty appetizers will
be served, and all attendees will enjoy great drink specials.
